Such a great weekend experience. Adrian Paul and all the participants were wonderful. Learned great techniques, met my hero, and watched poor Luther run up that hill over and over again.

I did not have children. But my paternal grandfather was born in 1885. My grandmother in 1892. He fought in WWI . When my father was born, my grandfather was 52 and my grandmother was 45. I got to spend my childhood among 19th century people. Older parents bring a maturity and experience that young parents don't have. And that can be a plus for both the children and the patents.

This is a one-time experience. Where do you go with it after?

Adrian was smiling when Methos was laughing like a mad man. I think he could see what a great scene it was in the moment and almost forgot he had left character. It all worked anyway. It was such fun to see. Adian and Peter are great dramatic actors. Peter is also good comedic actor while Adrian was not. My least favorite episodes were when he tried to be funny. That's not his thing. He would probably be furious with me for saying that but I'm being honest and I do respect his work on the whole.

It was a sad scene. Very emotional for the character of Connor McLeod. Duncan didn't want to but Connor knew that he had to because Duncan was the better of the two.. Connor knew that Duncan would have a better chance at beating Jacob. Like Connor said then and there that this has to happen.. And made sure in the end that it did..Good day to you Adrian..

Why not tell a story thousands of years into the future but the earth was ravaged by an alien invasion humanity won the war but at a massive cost. Sixty five percent of the population was wiped out and society completely collapsed to the post apocalyptic times with entire cities utterly devastated. Now wandering nomads and gangs of scavengers lord over the world with survivors constantly fighting for food and supplies. Out of the destruction rose new rulers to restart civilization as well as rebuild society however long it takes. An older Duncan MacLeod leads a group of survivors in search of supplies and inadvertently wonder through the domain of a massive and violent war tribe lead by Methos whom they worship as The God Of Death

So I almost didn’t go because I couldn’t find a friend to bring and I have zero coordination. I have two left feet and was I afraid I might knock myself out with my botan in-front of Adrian. But is one of those things that if you don’t go you, you regret it for a long time. I might not have a future in sword fighting but I had a great time. Everyone was really nice/helpful and we talked episodes and fantasy shows.

Here's a good scenario: MacCleod has lost his immortality and that would explain the aging. He has to defend someone close to him (as usual) and fight an immortal still in the game. I think would work.
